In this article, which I really don't agree with, they lack thinking about the effects of our economic problems on other countries and the effects it has on their "standard of living". While it does give some information on some of the issues, mainly just a couple numbers, it seems to lack a good amount of evidence to support their claims.

    This is a pretty abbreviated article on the changing standard of living in the US. Disturbing to me is the lack of citation for the statistics.

    I think the intent of the article is simply to talk about how the change in our economy is affecting the US standard of living, but I do agree--the economies of the world are connected, and people should be reminded of this.
